Our Commitment

Golonex provides artificial intelligence solutions and AI governance services to regulated enterprises. Our clients trust us with sensitive systems and information, and we take that responsibility seriously. This Code of Conduct describes the standards of integrity, security, and accountability that guide how we work — with our clients, our partners, and one another.

Who This Applies To

This Code applies to everyone who works for or on behalf of Golonex, including our directors, officers, employees, contractors, and consultants. We also expect the third parties we engage to uphold equivalent standards when acting on our behalf.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We conduct business in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate. This includes observing the data protection and privacy requirements relevant to our engagements — such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable frameworks — and meeting our contractual obligations to clients.

Integrity and Anti-Corruption

We prohibit bribery and corruption in all forms. We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe, kickback, or improper payment or advantage to win business or secure any improper benefit. Any gifts or hospitality are reasonable, transparent, and never intended to improperly influence a business decision.

Conflicts of Interest

We avoid situations in which personal interests conflict — or appear to conflict — with the interests of Golonex or our clients. Where a potential conflict arises, we disclose it promptly so that it can be managed openly and appropriately.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Protecting confidential and personal information is central to our business. We:

• Safeguard the confidential information of Golonex, our clients, and our partners, and use it only for authorized purposes.
• Handle personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely, and only as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
• Do not disclose confidential or personal information to unauthorized parties.

Information Security and Responsible AI

Given the nature of our work, we hold ourselves to strong information-security practices and develop and deploy AI systems responsibly. We:

• Follow secure development, access-control, and data-handling practices across all systems and client environments.
• Design and operate AI solutions to be transparent, accountable, and consistent with recognized governance frameworks and our clients' requirements.
• Promptly address any suspected security incident, data breach, or system misuse.

Fair Treatment and a Respectful Workplace

We are committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, and we provide equal opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. We treat colleagues, clients, and partners with dignity and respect.

Protection and Proper Use of Assets

We protect Golonex and client assets — including equipment, systems, intellectual property, and funds — against loss, theft, and misuse, and we use company resources only for legitimate business purposes.

Fair Dealing

We compete fairly and honestly. We deal fairly with clients, suppliers, competitors, and colleagues, and we do not take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, misrepresentation, or any other unfair practice.

Raising Concerns

We encourage anyone — including clients and partners — to raise concerns in good faith about conduct that may be inconsistent with this Code. Concerns are reviewed and handled confidentially to the extent reasonably possible, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern honestly.
